What is osteoporosis?
Osteoporosis or simply defined as porous bone is a health condition which your bone become weaken, fragile and more likely to break. It usually develops without any symptoms or pain and is only diagnosed when a fall or sudden impact results in a broken bone. Hence, osteoporosis is frequently called "The Silent Killer".
