What is Allergic Rhinitis?
Allergic rhinitis is a type of nose inflammation, which develops when our immune system overreacts to the allergens in the environment such as pollen, dust mites, animal dander, or mold. When your body inhale these allergens, it will trigger the release of histamine and other chemicals reaction in your body. These can cause inflammation in nasal passages, leading to symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose, itching, and postnasal drip.
